Address classroom hunger through school gardens.
Our work began with classroom hunger and school gardens in rural Kenya. We are also developing ways for garden activities to support children’s mental and emotional wellbeing.
A garden gives children a place to grow food, learn outdoors and work with classmates.
About our founder
Maggie Kay
Maggie Kay founded the Foundation to support education and community development. A human rights advocate, social entrepreneur and author, she works with schools on gardens, practical learning and children’s wellbeing.
She serves on government and nonprofit boards. Her work with the Foundation focuses on school gardens, education and local leadership.
As an author, Maggie explores human dignity, institutional accountability and barriers to opportunity in Heavenly Hell and Ask Believe Receive.
